The CEE-BA Leadership Trainee Program at AstraZeneca is a two-year accelerated development opportunity designed for early-career talents who want to build their future in the healthcare industry and grow toward leadership roles. Your rotations will include:
12 months in Medical Affairs
You will gain exposure to core medical processes and capabilities, including administrative systems, advisor-related work across the full lifecycle, Eclipse, and regulatory activities.
12 months in Real World Evidence
You will develop experience in identifying data gaps, designing and implementing studies, and supporting evidence generation activities.
The program will start on October 1, 2026 and end on September 30, 2028
