Leadership Trainee Program – Marketing Path

The CEE-BA Leadership Trainee Program at AstraZeneca is a two-year accelerated development opportunity designed for early-career talents who want to build their future in the healthcare industry and grow toward leadership roles. In the Marketing Path, you will follow a structured development journey designed to prepare you for a future role as a Product Manager

Your rotations will include:

6 months as a Key Account Partner in the R&I department – (Mazowieckie territory)

This rotation will provide valuable field-based commercial experience. A valid Category B driving license is required for this part of the program.

9 months in the CVRM Marketing team

9 months in the Rare Diseases Marketing team

The program will start on October 1, 2026 and end on September 30st, 2028.

Essential for the role

• Up to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, medical, market access, or other relevant business areas, preferably in pharma, medical devices, healthcare, or FMCG

• Higher education degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or other related fields

• Growth mindset, willingness to take on new challenges, and ability to learn quickly

• Curiosity, proactivity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Strong development focus and ability to collaborate across different teams

• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Valid Category B driving license
