Join us as a Leadership Support Assistant / Personal Assistant

  • You’ll play a key role in supporting senior leaders, helping them to operate effectively and deliver against their priorities
  • This is a fast-paced and engaging role, offering broad exposure across the Front Office

What you'll do

As a Leadership Support Assistant supporting the Front Office, you’ll provide high-quality personal assistant support to senior business leaders. You’ll coordinate activities, manage information, and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

You’ll also be:

  • Managing administrative activities for leaders and their direct reports, including travel bookings, expenses, invoices and payments
  • Preparing Japanese business correspondence, including formal letters and ceremonial communications, in line with local business etiquette
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including raising system requests and coordinating logistics for new joiners and leavers
  • Organising meetings across teams, including scheduling, room bookings and technology set-up
  • Supporting the development and localisation of investor relations (IR) and marketing materials, including translation into Japanese
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing and client events

The skills you'll need

You’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You’ll also be confident building relationships and working with senior stakeholders across the business.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • An understanding of the relevant business area and how it connects to the wider organisation
  • Strong digital capability and confidence using a range of systems and tools
  • The ability to prioritise and interpret information, requests and documentation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel
  • Native or fluent Japanese, alongside strong business-level English
