Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Leadership Performance Coach to join our UniQue Brussels, Belgium team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Partner with the Performance Enablement Team, working closely with the Performance Management Lead and HR Excellence Lead to strengthen manager capability.
  • Attend leadership and management meetings to strengthen accountability, provide constructive feedback, and coach leaders on effective performance practices.
  • Identify performance management trends and behavioural patterns across teams and advise on capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Coach managers in preparing for complex performance, development, and feedback conversations.
  • Support managers in setting clear expectations, defining measurable results, and providing meaningful and effective feedback.
  • Review performance-related cases and provide guidance to managers to ensure issues are handled consistently, fairly, and effectively.
  • Coach managers to establish regular, high-quality performance conversations with their teams.
  • Challenge leaders constructively when performance discussions, accountability, or development conversations are not taking place.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up and reinforcement to help managers sustain positive performance management behaviours.
  • Influence leaders and managers to adopt continuous improvement practices and strengthen overall performance culture.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • 8–15 years' experience in leadership development, organizational development, HR business partnering and/or operational leadership.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior managers quickly.
  • A strong understanding of effective management practices.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills.
  • Experience embedding sustainable behavioral changes in organizations.
  • Confidence to challenge managers and executives constructively
  • Good knowledge of English
