• Proven leadership experience in retail or related industries.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, D365).
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule and meet operational needs.
• Ability to relocate within Atlantic Canada for future career growth opportunities is preferred but not required.
