The Fellow will be embedded within grassroots ecosystems and work alongside community partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders to support program implementation, learning, and engagement. This fellowship is designed for those who want to learn by living, grow by doing, and contribute meaningfully at the grassroots level.

Fellows will support the design and on-ground execution of community programs by working closely with grassroots organizations, field teams, and local stakeholders — while building practical understanding of how social impact initiatives are implemented and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

The Fellow will:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating field-based initiatives

  • Observe and document community processes, challenges, and outcomes

  • Support basic data collection, reporting, and learning documentation

  • Share field insights with internal teams to strengthen program design

  • Contribute to awareness drives, community mobilization, and local engagement efforts

  • Take ownership of small field projects or program tasks

  • Participate in reflection sessions, reviews, and learning forums

What the Fellowship Offers

  • On-ground exposure to community-based programs and grassroots ecosystems

  • Mentorship and learning support from experienced field and program teams

  • A structured space for reflection, learning, and skill development

  • Fellows who demonstrate strong ownership, values alignment, and performance during the year may be considered for absorption into the organization, subject to organizational needs and role availability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (any discipline)

  • Comfortable communicating in local/regional languages (preferred)

  • Willingness to travel and stay in field locations for extended periods
