About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. In this role of Leadership Development Specialist (Senior Practitioner), you’ll use your proven capability as a facilitator, program designer and coach to design and deliver practical, blended leadership development initiatives that help Mercy Health leaders grow in confidence, capability and impact. Preferably coupled with your experience deploying and embedding digital online learning resources platforms, you will build consistent, values-aligned leadership practice and help leaders turn learning into better conversations, decisions and care outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
An ability to understand how leadership capability connects to wider systems, processes and culture, and tailor priorities and delivery accordingly.
Sound knowledge in blended learning design and adult learning principles, with an affinity for digital resources.
A strong customer service focus and a commitment to a culture of excellence and quality, with a drive for continuous improvement.
Emotional and relational maturity with an ability to develop relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholder including senior leaders.
Strong project management and organisational skills with a willingness to take the initiative.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current Driver's License.
A current Police Record Check.
