What will you do as a Leadership Development Leader:
This is not a role where you mainly design programs from a distance.
You will be facilitating, coaching and working directly with leaders across the business. Your impact is visible in how people lead day to day—not just in slides or frameworks.
You’ll combine facilitation, training and execution, and work closely with HR and business leaders to make leadership development tangible.
