The Leadership Facilitator serves as both a leadership educator and a program design resource across the Leadership Development Institute's (LDI) portfolio of leadership academies, cohorts, and client engagements. This role is responsible for fostering engaging, psychologically safe, and transformational learning environments while supporting participant growth throughout each assigned program. The Facilitator acts as a consistent anchor for assigned participant groups and contributes to program experiences through large-group facilitation, keynote-style leadership segments, collaborative planning, and participant engagement. This role carries significant developmental responsibilities beyond standard facilitation: the incumbent must be able to independently design and develop original leadership content, including session curricula, presentation materials, facilitator guides, and participant activities; tailored to the audience, learning objectives, and client needs of each engagement. The role blends facilitation, content development, instructional design, and thought partnership to deliver high-quality, meaningful experiences across multiple LDI programs and engagements as assigned.
30% Program Facilitation & Participant Engagement — facilitate large- and small-group sessions across assigned LDI leadership programs, academies, and cohorts; foster trust, accountability, reflection, and practical application of leadership concepts.
30% Content & Curriculum Development — independently design and develop original leadership content, including session curricula, keynote/opening segments, presentation slide decks, facilitator guides, and participant materials, tailored to each program's audience and objectives.
15% Program Presence & Relationship Building — attend full program session days to support continuity, participant relationships, and community-building; represent LDI professionally throughout all engagements.
15% Collaborative Planning & Cross-Program Coordination — participate in kickoff, planning, and curriculum meetings across assigned engagements; collaborate with LDI staff and fellow facilitators to ensure a cohesive participant experience.
5% Reporting & Administrative Support — submit materials, documentation, and deliverables on schedule; provide programmatic support across assigned engagements as needed.
5% Other Duties as Assigned — support additional LDI programs, engagements, or initiatives as assigned, with some travel required.
