Provides leadership learning and development solutions across the system to ensure leaders have the capabilities they need. Partners with director to facilitate, coordinate, and support any Leadership Development initiatives requested by the organization. Actively contributes ideas in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of leadership development plans. Consults with teams on team performance and effectiveness as determined by system leaders.

Experience

  • 5 years of progressive experience in organization effectiveness, leadership, and talent development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education, organization development, business or related field

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field

Certification Summary

  • No professional certifications required

  • Proven ability to influence using data, solid reasoning, and persuasion

Job Responsibilities

  • Assesses leader and team performance and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Identifies culture enablers and inhibitors; works with leaders to enhance the culture.
  • Partners with leaders to craft strategic priorities and goals.
  • Provides coaching to leaders to improve performance.
  • Facilitates leadership development training.
  • Debriefs assessment data with leaders and teams.
  • Conducts leader acceleration sessions.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to proactively identify learning needs and solutions.
  • Actively contributes ideas in the planning and delivery of targeted leader solutions and organization leader initiatives.
  • Establishes collaborative partnerships with HR business partners and OE consultants to facilitate team effectiveness activities.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of leadership best practices and incorporates skills and models to drive results.
