What you'll do

As Leadership Communications Manager, you’ll be communicating prioritised and strategic campaigns and messages to employees, ensuring a clear and consistent narrative. We’ll look to you to make sure that these meet our business priorities, while working closely with your colleagues across Communications & Marketing to create the look and feel of them and make sure that all messaging is accurate and aligned to our wider agenda.

You’ll also be:

  • Supporting the strategic communications advisers to counsel the executives of the business on the most effective means of engaging their employees and colleagues
  • Advising stakeholders on the content, style and tone of messages
  • Delivering annual and 90 day plans for communications across the relevant functions
  • Delivering all plans to time, cost and quality, while looking to optimise the budget and achieve the agreed outcomes for each campaign
  • Supporting on key events for the functions including stakeholder engagement and content development
  • Managing all deliverables of the campaign to internal audiences

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need an excellent attention to detail and experience of delivering or overseeing communications events. You’ll also need a strong track record in employee communications across communication planning, delivery and channel management in support of business strategies.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, with good consultancy skills
  • Strong networking and influencing skills at a senior level
  • Good aptitude for learning new technical skills to measure and track data, publish news and manage online channels
  • Project management experience
