What you'll do

As Leadership Communications Manager, you’ll be communicating prioritised and strategic messages to colleagues, ensuring a customised, clear and consistent narrative. We’ll look to you to work with colleagues in Communications & Marketing Delivery to create the look and feel and to develop a range of activities to achieve the business goals.

You’ll also be:

  • Supporting the strategic communications advisers to counsel the executives of the business on the most effective means of engaging their employees and colleagues
  • Delivering annual and 90 day plans for communications across the relevant functions
  • Supporting on key events for the functions including stakeholder engagement and content development
  • Managing all deliverables of the campaign to internal audiences

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need an excellent attention to detail and experience of delivering or overseeing communications events. You’ll also need a strong track record in employee communications across communication planning, delivery and channel management in support of business strategies.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Writing communication briefs and driving engagement initiatives
  • External communications exposure is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with AI led content creation
  • Experience using platforms like Viva, Engage etc.
  • Must possess exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Should be capable of independently managing communication requirements for the function
  • Experience in Global Capability Center or large enterprise internal communications is preferred.
