TITLE: SENIOR LEARNING PROFESSIONAL
STATUS: EXEMPT
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT: ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

PAY RANGE: $93,700.00 - $100,000.00 ANNUALLY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Learning Professional plays a pivotal role in designing and developing advanced learning programs and materials that align with organizational objectives and goals. They manage the entire lifecycle of learning programs, ensuring their effectiveness from consultation, design, development, delivery to evaluation. Collaborating with HR and business leaders, the Senior Learning Professional will identify and diagnose business needs, delivering solutions that meet organizational requirements. This role is a key part in translating long-term organizational capability requirements into the career development planning process.
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
1. Design and develop advanced learning programs and materials that align with organizational objectives and goals.
2. Lead, design and deliver the enterprise development training roadmap based for operational and professional initiatives. Manage the entire lifecycle of learning programs from design to evaluation.
3. Translate long term organizational capability requirements and understanding of critical roles into the career development planning process.
4. Continuously measure the effectiveness of enterprise development programs and determine strategic process improvements needed to ensure programs are addressing organizational needs.
5. Contribute to the development of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
6. Collaborate with external vendors, instructional designers, and consultants to source and implement high-quality learning content and services.
7. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of learning programs. Utilize analytics to continuously improve learning initiatives.
8. Leverage cutting-edge learning technologies, such as advanced e-learning platforms, virtual reality, or other innovative tools to enhance the learning experience.
9. Play a role in change management initiatives by designing and implementing learning programs that support organizational change.
10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior learning professionals.
11. Monitor, track, and report on organization-wide training programs in addition to specialized training programs that address the learning and development needs of a department, position and/or functional area.
12. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development. Incorporate innovative approaches into learning strategies.
13. Provide regular and comprehensive reports to leadership on the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.
14. Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXERTION UTILIZED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE TASK:
1. Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
2. Corrected vision within the normal range.
3. Hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed.
4. Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
5. Minimal travel locally and statewide by car or public conveyance to attend meetings at other Golden 1 offices as needs arise. Overnight and evening schedules included.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTACTS & RELATIONSHIPS:
1. INTERNAL: All levels of staff and management.
2. EXTERNAL: Vendors, experts in fields related to seminars, and peers in financial institutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
