Program Overview:

At PKF O’Connor Davies, we recognize the importance of attracting top talent early. For undergraduates interested in growing into an influential role in accounting, the Leaders of Tomorrow program presents the opportunity to explore our Firm, our culture and the career-launching benefits we offer. Participants will engage in skill-building workshops, network with Firm professionals at one of our office locations, develop leadership abilities and gain a genuine understanding of the responsibilities and advantages a career with PKFOD entails.

Designed specifically for sophomores and juniors, this one-day, in-person program will take place on the following dates:

• June 1st, 2026 (Harrison, NY)
• June 1st, 2026 (Newtown Square, PA)
• June 2nd, 2026 (New York City, NY)
• June 3rd, 2026 (Woodcliff Lake, NJ)
• June 4th, 2026 (Shelton, CT)
• June 4th, 2026 (Boston, MA)
• June 16th, 2026 (Hauppauge, NY)
• June 17th, 2026 (Bethesda, MD)

Qualifications:

This program is designed for individuals who have just completed their 2nd (Sophomore) or 3rd (Junior) year in college, who are majoring in accounting, and who plan to pursue CPA-eligibility.
