We help them launch, scale, and quickly monetize their online operations, with more partners joining all the time.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Analysis using marketing data (e.g., online purchase data, site traffic data)
- Developing strategies to increase sales and user acquisition
- Exploring AI-driven initiatives and feature enhancements
- Promoting "Marketing Data Visualization" (aimed at improving overall business decision-making and enhancing the productivity of consulting for merchants)
- Evolving and improving the marketing data infrastructure

Work Environment

Team Structure
- The Super Market OMO/DX Business Department's OMO-PF Section has a team of just over 20 members, primarily in their 20s and 30s.
Of these, 11 members belong to the Marketing Group, which is your assigned department.
- Approximately 60% are mid-career hires, while about 40% joined Rakuten Group, Inc. directly after graduation.
