What you will do in this role 🛶
Lead a Team: You would have to lead a team of 3- 4 people
Product Design Actively work with the product team to create and draft experiences for clients and developers, with a strong emphasis on information design and data visualization. Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment.
Prioritization Manage multiple projects ensuring deadlines
Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth product development process. The ability to work with geographically dispersed teams is a must.
Design System Implementation Participate in evolving, maintaining, and extending our design system.
Champion the Customer/Prospective Customers: Translate ideas and customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Execution Roll up your sleeves and support execution on a daily basis.
What we need from you 📋
5 years of experience working in UX/UI and product teams
2 years having a team
Managed multiple product teams to deliver roadmaps
Extensive experience building intuitive navigation and UX for large feature sets
Strong familiarity with standard UX toolset (Sketch, InVision or equivalent)
Understanding of current UX principles and best practices
Experience working on agile delivery team
Participation in generating wireframes, clickable prototypes, user flows, and site architecture
We use FIGMA and JIRA
