Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e Responsable PMTD du développement industriel des nouveaux produits (Procédés, Méthodes, Outils, Données) pour rejoindre notre équipe Performance et Amélioration opérationnelle basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les èquipes de la VSM, de transformation et de Toulouse en assurant la livraison end-to-end de toutes les versions PMTD industrielles pour atteindre la préparation des capacités VSM à travers toutes les fonctions.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe excellence opérationnelle chargée de l'excellence et la performance opérationnelle.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Responsable PMTD du développement industriel des nouveaux produits (Procédés, Méthodes, Outils, Données) sera de:

• Concevoir la feuille de route PMTD;
• Synchroniser la livraison entre toutes les parties prenantes;
• Piloter la préparation et l'exécution des déploiements majeurs.

Vos défis:

• Architecturer la feuille de route PMTD industrielle intégrée pluriannuelle en définissant la portée et la structure de toutes les versions;
• Agir en tant que tour de contrôle PMTD industrielle, en synchronisant la livraison entre tous les flux et parties prenantes fonctionnelles (EU/CAN);
• Piloter la préparation, la simulation et l'exécution des événements majeurs de transition (Cutover), en sécurisant la formation, la gestion du changement, la certification et la continuité opérationnelle post-déploiement;
• Définir, exécuter et régir le transfert officiel des capacités à l'organisation opérationnelle (Run - Fonctions Métiers & Digital) pour assurer la stabilité à long terme;
• Assurer la livraison end-to-end de toutes les versions PMTD industrielles pour répondre aux défis du programme A220;
• Gérer l'exécution directe d'un budget de coûts non récurrents (NRC) de plus de 20 M$.

Votre profil:

• Vous avez un baccalauréat / diplôme universitaire;
• Vous avez au moins 15 ans d'expérience pertinente;
• Certification en Gestion de Projet (Project Management);
• Solide sens des affaires industrielles (Broad Industrial acumen);
• Expérience avérée dans la direction de programmes de transformation stratégique et la traduction de la stratégie d'entreprise en livrables opérationnels;
• Capacité à travailler avec une autonomie complète et à exercer une influence stratégique/transversale.

Déplacements requis : 10% de déplacements nationaux et internationaux.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a New Development Industrial PMTD Lead (Process, Method, Tool, Data) to join our Performance & Improvement team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will ensure the End-to-End (E2E) delivery of all Industrial PMTD releases to achieve VSM capabilities readiness across all functions.

• drive cutover execution.

Your challenges:

• Architect the multi-year integrated Industrial PMTD roadmap, defining the scope and structure of all Releases;
• Act as the Industrial PMTD control tower, synchronizing delivery across all streams and functional stakeholders (EU/CAN);
• Drive the preparation, simulation, and execution of major Cutover events, securing training, change management, certification, and operational continuity post-deployment;
• Define, execute, and govern the formal handover of capabilities to the receiving "Run" organization (Business Functions & Digital) to ensure long-term stability and minimize service disruption;
• Ensure E2E delivery of all Industrial PMTD releases across Industrial, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics & Quality Operations;
• Direct accountability for $20M+ Non-Recurring Cost (NRC) execution.

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree;
• You have your Project Management certification;
• You have a minimum of 15 years of experience;
• Broad Industrial acumen and expertise in strategic transformation programs;
• Strong experience leading programs/projects and translating high-level business strategy into operational plans;
• High degree of autonomy and strategic communication skills to influence cross-functional teams between Europe and Canada.

Travel Required: 10% Domestic and International.
