RH is seeking a Leader, Home Delivery to lead the execution of our home delivery experience across an assigned market. This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence across warehouse and delivery functions, ensuring every client interaction reflects the quality and service expected of the RH brand.

As a leader of people and process, you will elevate performance through clear direction, strong partnerships, and a commitment to continuous improvement—bringing together teams, systems, and service providers to deliver a seamless and first-class client experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead home delivery center operations, ensuring excellence across warehousing, inventory, and final-mile delivery
  • Deliver a home delivery experience that reflects the quality, care, and service experienced in our Galleries
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to drive accountability, engagement, and performance
  • Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and resource allocation to meet service, quality, and productivity goals
  • Drive performance through consistent review of key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Own operational performance, including cost management, service levels, and delivery quality
  • Partner with third-party delivery and logistics providers, ensuring alignment to RH standards and expectations
  • Conduct site visits and operational audits, leading root-cause analysis and implementing solutions that strengthen execution
  • Address escalated client concerns with urgency and accountability while promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence


OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ Leadership experience in home delivery, logistics, warehousing, or a related field within a service-driven environment
  • Experience operating in high-growth, multi-site, or complex operational environments
  • Strong operational acumen, including experience managing cost, service, and quality performance
  • Proven success leading teams and external service providers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Experience assessing performance, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions that improve execution
  • Strong communication skills that align cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making grounded in data and operational insight
  • Proficiency with core business systems and tools used to manage operations and reporting
  • Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
  • Proficiency in English is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasionally lift, move, and mobilize items weighing up to 34 kg using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Travel within the assigned geographic territory to support site visits, delivery ride-alongs, and operational audits
  • Work in both warehouse and field environments, including standing, walking, bending, or climbing stairs as part of regular site presence
