The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker andhandsonleader who canoperateconfidently at the intersection of business outcomes, technology execution, andteamleadership.

This position serves as the enterprise champion of ERP applications, including OracleEBusinessSuite and the strategic evolution towarda unified and simplified platform with Ai natively built in The role partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, and IT to drive standardization, disciplined change management, and data integrity across regions and functions. Success in this role requires balancingrunthebusinessexcellence with amultiyearERP modernization roadmap, ensuring minimal disruption while increasing adoption, reliability, and value realization.

This rolewill lead a global team ofproduct managers,architects, analysts, andcontractors,with responsibility for service performance, vendor strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. This leader is accountable for ensuring ERP capabilities translate into measurable business impact, including improved close cycles, reduced customization, and strong audit and risk posture. The role is expected to influence senior levels, maketradeoffdecisions, andestablishenterprise standards that scale with the business.

This role owns outcomes, not just systems—delivering ERP stability today while positioningSpecializedfor enterprise scale, regulatory readiness, and future ERP transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of direct reports, contractors, and/or project team members.

  • Ownthe implementation of new organizationalinitiativesalignedwith ERP.

  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.

  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce ticket volumes

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracting, and budgets across multiple cost centers.

  • Promote andestablishgovernance across systems.

  • 10+yearsexperiencein retail and retail operations.

  • Build andmaintainproductive, respectful relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL service management practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

  • Proven people management experience coaching, hiring, and performance management

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact

  • Experience leading programs and process automation. Ability to implement and manage projects using agile methodologies.

  • Progressive and relevant experience driving process improvement

  • Experience with vendor evaluation and working with an offshore/onsite vendor model.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities

  • Excellent planning,prioritizingand organizational skillsrequired

  • Must be collaborative andpossessthe ability to influence outcomes

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN:

  • Experience supporting or managing an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (SaaS) migration — highly preferred

  • Infrastructure architecture exposure: ability to contribute to OCI architecture decisions, network topology, and security zone design

  • Creative thinker with the ability to provide both strategic and tactical direction who is detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture

  • Possesses a collaborative mindset and takes an inclusive approach to problem solving.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skillsrequired

  • Experience interacting with senior management.

  • Ability to influence toward outcomes

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

CaliforniaBase Pay Range: ($119,628$208,153 )

*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
