职位描述
1、 面向综合影像竞争力负责，综合画质、性能、功耗等指标迭代影像架构； 2、制定影像系统技术路线图，统筹算法工程化、ISP技术开发、画质效果； 3、主导芯片/Sensor/光学器件选型决策，把控镜头模组与平台适配方案； 4、主导相机核心功能开发，高效落地； 5、建立画质评价体系，统筹3A（AE/AWB/AF）及效果的目标框架定义。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机/电子工程/光学/图像处理等相关专业； 2、8年以上影像系统开发经验，精通Camera Pipeline架构及ISP全链路技术细节； 3、深度掌握3A算法、画质调优、硬件加速（NPU/DSP/GPU）等技术领域； 4、对图像效果有深入理解、尤其是对色彩和影调有深入的认识，并主导效果方案设计与改进； 5、系统级思维：具备将「用户语言」翻译成「技术规格」的能力。不只追求单一指标的极限，更追求系统整体的协调与稳定。 6、熟悉主流嵌入式平台（MTK/高通/安霸）开发框架及调试工具链； 7、具备跨学科知识储备：光学原理、Sensor特性、嵌入式系统开发； 8、3年以上10人+技术团队管理经验，擅长技术方案决策与资源协调； 9、具备芯片原厂/终端厂商跨部门协作经验； 10、对画质效果有敏锐判断力，能制定量化评价标准。
