Your Role as a Lead Teacher:
You’ll coordinate classroom operations, plan and deliver engaging educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and families to provide exceptional care and service.

Qualifications:

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• CDA credential (preferred)
• 1–2 years of prior experience in early childhood education (preferred)
• Completed state-required pre-service training (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and support child safety needs
• Must meet background check requirements

Compensation: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
