Join our team as a Lead Workflow Operations Specialist where your skills in managing priorities and aligning resources will drive success in a dynamic environment.

As the Lead Workflow Operations Specialist, you will prioritize and distribute work to employees, ensuring that processing deadlines are consistently met. You will collaborate with supervisors to set processing priorities and provide limited guidance to team members. Your role also includes involvement in the sending and receiving of customer transmission files, supporting smooth operational flow.

• PAY RATE: 20.50 hour
• LOCATION: Monterey Park, CA 91754
• SHIFT: 5:45am to 2:15pm - Sunday thru Thursday

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to employees based on established priorities.
• Monitor processing of work to meet processing deadlines.
• Work with Supervisor to determine appropriate processing priorities.
• Answer basic questions from employees.
• Perform duties applicable to Processing Specialist I, II, III, and IV job descriptions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to read and make decisions independently.
• Capable of working well both independently and collaboratively for all clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change and eager to learn new processes as the business evolves.
• Must meet Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
