The Lead Workday Engineer serves as the subject matter expert and technical lead for the organisation’s Workday platform. This role ensures the effective configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday to support business operations across HR, Finance, and other integrated functions.
The Lead Workday Engineer collaborates with stakeholders to align the Workday system with business objectives, enhance user experience, and support data-driven decision-making.
