- Patch upgrades
- R & R activities
- New product /Equipment testing
- ACT Portal CR management
- New POI commissioning
- PRI / SIP migrations
- Internal RA Audit compliance
- Complaint Handling
- Support to Service account Manager
- BSNL/MTNL payments
- ITTN POI co-ordination
- Special projects
- PV audit/ AMS portal update
- PM activities
- Support to Infra/TX team
- DOT Audits
- Internal/External Audits of TTSL

Skills
- Over 10+ years of experience in Voice & VAS core domain.
- Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge voice core network elements, including NGN, IMS MGW, IMS, SBC, IN, STP & SMSC
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Tektronix)..
- Experience with VoIP, SIP Trunking, and other IP-based communication systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Project management experience
- Innovative thinking for analysing customer issues and resolution.
