We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, High Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body and dental radiology, Ultrasonography, and more.

Culbreth Carr Watson Animal Clinic hospital is located in Rome, GA which is just a 1-hour commute to Atlanta. Floyd County public schools are exceptional, making it an ideal area to raise a family. We also have 4 colleges (2 private, 2 state) to encourage furthering one's education. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, demonstrated leadership skills, and a passion for providing compassionate support to both clients and their pets.

Qualifications

We’re looking for:

• Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2-years veterinary experience required
• Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team, ensuring a cohesive, efficient, and client-focused reception experience.
• Resolve informal employee complaints, provide a general explanation of the nature and basis for hospital personnel policies and procedures; maintain effective employee-management communication.
• Work well with all team members and ensure that your actions support the hospital, the doctors, and the practice philosophy.
• Ensuring that pet owners' complaints are promptly addressed and resolved.
• Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
• Highly organized and possess computer skills
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $16.00-$19.00/hr
