We are looking for a highly skilled Veeva CRM Technical Lead to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Veeva CRM solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce.com platform, and a deep understanding of the life sciences commercial domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for Veeva CRM implementations and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom features, integrations, and configurations using Veeva CRM and Salesforce.com platform tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, etc.).
  • Manage technical deliverables including solution architecture, code review, testing, and deployment.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and offshore teams on Veeva CRM best practices.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts using tools like Veeva Network, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and validation requirements specific to the life sciences industry.
  • Provide technical leadership during client workshops, UAT sessions, and cutover planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Veeva CRM and Salesforce development.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations in life sciences or pharma domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration APIs.
  • Experience in working with Veeva-specific features like Approved Email, CLM, MyInsights, and Mobile CRM.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and integration design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Veeva CRM Certifications (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Veeva Vault and/or Veeva Network.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Jira).
  • Prior experience working with global teams and life sciences clients.
