Experience with short- and long-term mine planning, production scheduling, fleet sizing and haulage analysis, and translating plans into operational and financial outcomes.

Proven ability to use the customer business case as the definition of success and connect technology performance to customer outcomes.
Strong analytical capability using operational, production, financial and benchmark data to quantify performance gaps and value potential.
Working knowledge of MineStar™, autonomous haulage, fleet management or similar mining technologies, and how they change operating workflows and performance.
Ability to advise customers and Commercial teams on value opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively and recommend credible, evidence-based targets.
Experience building trusted relationships with customer operations and planning leaders, Commercial teams, dealers and global peers.
