Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dependable Lead Valet Attendant to oversee daily valet operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, lead by example, and remain flexible with work hours when coverage is needed. This role requires a customerfocused mindset and the ability to support both guests and valet staff.

Location: 3545 S Las Vegas Blvd

Shift: Varies

Pay: 16.00

  • Prior valet or parking experience required
  • Previous Supervisor or Lead Experience preferred

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of hire

Driving Requirements:

This role requires the operation of a motor vehicle as an essential job function. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of hire and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company standards. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a driving record review and continued compliance with all applicable state laws and company policies. Driving is a regular and essential function of this position.

  • Lead and support valet attendants during daily operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and address guest needs professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management
  • Assist with coordinating vehicle flow and valet coverage
  • Ensure valet procedures and service standards are followed
  • Step in to assist with valet duties as needed during peak times
  • Maintain a dependable attendance record and punctuality

  • Prior valet or parking experience required
