As a Senior UX Designer at Somnio Software, you will be the architect of the user experience strategy and execution for our digital products. You will work closely with a talented team, using cutting-edge methodologies to bring innovative projects to life.

UX Strategy & Leadership

• Define UX strategy aligned with business and user goals.

• Promote UX best practices and mentor junior designers.

Research & Insights

• Conduct user research and usability testing.

• Generate insights to inform product and design decisions.

Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Maintain and evolve the Design System.

Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

• Present design decisions and facilitate ideation workshops

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in user experience (UX) design for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, etc.).

• Solid Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates experience in end-to-end projects, with a clear focus on the design process and business impact. Case studies that explain the problem, solution, and results are valued.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

• Experience using research and analysis tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Basic knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Soft Skills:

• Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to lead projects independently and solve complex problems.

• Critical and analytical thinking: Ability to analyze data, synthesize complex information, and make informed design decisions.
