Own and drive interaction design for complex features and journeys, ensuring intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions across products.Drive UX vision and interaction design strategy across products, leading teams, and shaping scalable design ecosystems.Key Responsibilities1. Design High-Quality Interactions- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs- Translate user needs and research insights into intuitive interaction patterns- Design for complex systems (enterprise tools, automotive interfaces, digital platforms)- Take end-to-end ownership of key features/modules- Ensure consistency across touchpoints and adherence to design systems- Balance usability, feasibility, and business goals- Establish interaction design principles and frameworks- Drive end-to-end experience strategy across multiple products or platforms- Align UX vision with business goals and product roadmaps2. Scale Design Systems & Processes- Define and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and governance- Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable components- Improve design workflows and cross-team collaborationSkills & Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in UX Design or Interaction Design. Profiles graduated from reputed design institutes only. [ IISc (CPDM); IITs (e.g,: IDC IIT Bombay); NIDs, Srishti Manipal Institute of Art and Design and Technology; Indian School of design and Inovation (ISDI); MIT Institute of Design, Pune; Symbosis Institute of Design etc. ]- Proven experience leading complex UX initiatives- Strong systems thinking and strategic mindset- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills- Experience in domains like automotive, enterprise, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
