We are looking for a Senior/Lead Designer to drive product design excellence by shaping intuitive, high-impact user experiences across complex digital products. This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and business strategy, ensuring that user needs are translated into scalable and effective solutions. You will take ownership of key design initiatives, connecting design decisions with measurable business outcomes while elevating the overall design maturity of the organization.

As a design leader, you will play a critical role in defining design vision, leading research-driven decision-making, and influencing cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution while maintaining a strong user-centric approach. In addition to hands-on design work, you will mentor designers, refine processes, and contribute to building a robust design culture and system.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and is passionate about building meaningful user experiences at scale.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end design initiatives that impact core product experiences
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and scalable design solutions
• Drive conceptual thinking, ideation, and design strategy across projects
• Conduct and lead user research, usability testing, and insights synthesis
• Evolve and strengthen the design system for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to balance usability with technical feasibility
• Represent design in cross-functional discussions and influence product strategy
• Mentor and coach junior designers to elevate overall team capability
• Improve design workflows, processes, and contribute to a strong design culture

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience in UX/product design, especially on complex or enterprise products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact, user-centered design work
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and influence product direction
• Deep understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and system thinking
• Strong storytelling, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience mentoring or managing designers (for Lead-level candidates)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes
