As part of our Design and Customer Experience team, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching innovative products and creating a seamless digital banking experience for Chase Germany.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product leadership, leveraging your expertise in UX research and knowledge of the German banking landscape. Your insights will directly inform strategic decisions, design direction, and content development, helping us build a digital bank that puts customers first and considers the cultural context and user needs of German banking consumers.
