Position Type: Full TimeSUMMARY: The Lead Uniform Associate serves as the operational lead and subject-matter expert for the Uniforms Department. This position provides daily direction, guidance, and support to Uniforms Associates while ensuring consistent and efficient uniform operations, inventory management, issuance, fittings, alterations, and internal customer service. The Lead serves as a key point of contact between Uniforms, Seamstresses/Tailors, Human Resources, and departments across the property. The Lead Uniform Associate works closely with the HRBP and HR Administrative Assistant to ensure uniform needs are communicated accurately and timely. The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for processing orders and vendor coordination, while the Lead provides the operational knowledge, inventory information, recommendations, and priorities necessary to support the ordering process. This position requires extensive knowledge of uniform operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective working relationships.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

Operations & Inventory

  • Serves as the primary operational resource and subject-matter expert for the Uniforms Department.
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of uniform standards, garment types, sizing, fittings, alterations, garment care,

and department-specific requirements.

  • Oversees daily Uniforms operations, including issuance, exchanges, returns, fittings, and inventory organization.
  • Monitors inventory levels and par requirements and identifies current and anticipated uniform needs.
  • Conducts regular inventory counts and maintains accurate inventory and assignment records.
  • Ensures uniforms are properly stored, maintained, organized, and available for issuance.
  • Identifies operational issues and proactively works to resolve them or escalates them appropriately.
  • Ensures Uniforms work areas and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean, organized, and functional condition.

Vendor, Communication & Administrative Support

  • Serves as the primary liaison between Uniforms, Seamstresses/Tailors, the HRBP, and HR Administrative
  • Assistant. Communicates uniform needs, priorities, inventory concerns, and anticipated requirements to the appropriate
  • HR team member.
  • Provides accurate operational information and recommendations to support timely and efficient ordering.
  • Coordinates with Seamstresses/Tailors regarding fittings, alterations, repairs, garment requirements, and

priorities.

  • Communicates with departments regarding uniform requirements, availability, fittings, exchanges, and related

concerns.

  • Ensures requests and concerns are followed through and communicated to the appropriate party.
  • Maintains professional, respectful, and solution-focused communication when addressing concerns or competing priorities.
  • Escalates employee relations, performance, conduct, policy, or personnel concerns to the HRBP or designated people leader. Leadership & Staff Support: • Provides daily leadership, direction, and prioritization to Uniforms Associates.
  • Assigns and coordinates daily work based on operational needs and priorities.
  • Trains and coaches team members on Uniforms procedures, inventory practices, customer service, and department expectations.
  • Serves as a positive role model for professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and communication.
  • Promotes a respectful, collaborative, and productive work environment.
  • Identifies training needs, operational challenges, and performance concerns and communicates them to the appropriate people leader.
  • Supports onboarding and cross-training of Uniforms team members.
  • Provides constructive feedback and addresses routine operational concerns while referring formal employee-relations matters to the HRBP or designated people leader. Guest Service:
  • Provides daily leadership, direction, and prioritization to Uniforms Associates.

  • Maintains accurate Uniforms records, documentation, inventory information, and team member assignments.
  • Provides information for inventory reports, operational updates, and other reports requested by the HRBP.
  • Monitors uniform usage, replacement, inventory, and department request trends.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve Uniforms processes, communication, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Uniforms procedures and process improvements.
  • Supports uniform program changes, including new departments, rebranding, style changes, and property-wide initiatives.
  • Participates in audits, inventories, fittings, special projects, and uniform-related events. Performs other duties as assigned by the HRBP or designated people leader.

QualificationsMANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Must have working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory-tracking.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
  • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
  • Must provide valid documentation of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Uniforms, wardrobe, tailoring, alterations, inventory management, or a related operational environment.
  • Minimum of two years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a hospitality, casino, hotel, resort, healthcare, or other high-volume service environment preferred.
  • Experience working directly with Seamstresses, Tailors, garment suppliers, or uniform vendors preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management or uniform tracking systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, sizing, alterations, and garment care preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to safely handle, organize, and move garments, boxes, equipment, and other Uniforms materials.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
  • Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events.
