The role in detail
As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will drive the design vision and strategy across multiple initiatives, translating client requirements into scalable and engaging digital solutions while ensuring design excellence across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the Technology Intelligence & Performance team to conceptualize, design, and deliver end-to-end UI/UX solutions - from wireframes and user flows to interactive prototypes and final creative assets. Leveraging tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, you will develop user personas, customer journeys, and site maps that ensure clarity, usability, and strategic alignment. You will proactively identify and resolve UX challenges, including responsiveness and usability issues, while continuously integrating emerging technologies and design innovations to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Leading the design and delivery of functional, visually compelling digital experiences that align with client business objectives and user expectations.
- Translating complex concepts and stakeholder needs into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.
- Acting as the primary UI/UX subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Developing and delivering UI mock-ups, interactive prototypes, final interfaces, and creative assets across multiple platforms.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Mentoring, coaching, and reviewing the work of junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence
- Building user personas, customer journeys, and site maps to support structured, insight-driven design decisions.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving UX issues, including usability and responsiveness, and mobile first challenges.
- Evaluating and adopting emerging AI-powered design tools and methodologies to improve team efficiency, accelerate ideation, and enhance user experience deliver.
- Maintaining continuous awareness of emerging design trends, tools, and technological innovations to enhance product value.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, including experience leading complex digital design initiatives
- Bachelor's in UX or related field or equivalent experience
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong 360 design skills and experience creating engaging assets across multiple mediums and platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern interaction design practices.
- Strong knowledge of UX research methods & practices and ability to facilitate UX workshops with end-users and clients
- Experience leveraging AI-powered design, research, and prototyping tools
- High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
- Ability to lead and coach junior colleagues and to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
- A good understanding of HTML and CSS will be consider as an strong asset
