What You'll Do:
- Create a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Plan fun, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and creativity.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Collaborate with an enthusiastic team that loves what they do.
Qualifications
- Meets MSDE-OCC Teacher Requirements (90-Hour Certification)
- Early Childhood classroom experience preferred
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for young children
- CPR Certification preferred

- Starting pay: $18-$20+ per hour (based on education, experience, and certifications)
- 40-hour full-time schedule
