Lead Twos Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom)

Location: The Learning Experience – Manassas City, VA
Pay: $17–$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

About the Role


The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Twos Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role focuses on helping children build independence, communication skills, and confidence as they transition into structured classroom routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, engaging learning environment
• Implement activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Support early language, social skills, and problem-solving development
• Guide routines including toileting, meals, transitions, and rest time
• Communicate daily with families about progress and classroom activities
• Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom consistency

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Childcare or preschool experience required
• Experience with 2-year-olds preferred
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
