The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe is seeking an experienced Lead Twos Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom during this important stage of development.
Responsibilities
Lead a 2-year-old classroom with structure, warmth, and consistency
Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Support language growth, independence, and social-emotional development
Guide toileting routines and daily classroom transitions
Partner with assistant teachers to maintain classroom quality
Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones
Maintain compliance with NY childcare licensing standards
Qualifications
One of the following required:
Experience working with toddlers required
Lead classroom experience preferred
Must meet New York childcare licensing requirements
