Were hiring a Lead Tutor to deliver NEBOSH IGC training for Client This role includes facilitating sessions, mentoring tutors, maintaining academic compliance, and ensuring alignment with NEBOSH and HSE standards.
Conduct NEBOSH IGC training as per the approved syllabus
Supervise course delivery, exams, and academic compliance
Mentor tutors and ensure high delivery standards
Coordinate with academic/admin teams for course logistics
Develop training content and track student progress
Education: Bachelors degree (minimum)
Experience: 2+ years in NEBOSH IGC delivery
Certifications/Licenses:
Registered NEBOSH IGC Tutor
One or more of the following:
CMIOSH / CFIOSH / Grad IOSH
NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or NVQ-UK Level 6
HABC or IOSH Train-the-Trainer
Credentials must align with NEBOSH IGC standards
Strong communication and leadership
Expertise in HSE and NEBOSH curriculum
Digital training capability & classroom control
Professionalism and integrity
