At the direction of the Trial Facilities manager, the Lead Warehouse Coordinator will assist coordinating the daily operations of Tribally owed warehouse facilities. Delivers and retrieves items from the casino properties. Assist with warehouse deliveries into and out of the Tribal warehouses. Maintains a computerized database system that captures pictures and inventory quantities of items stored in the warehouse. Conducts approved releases of items stored for Tribal Member giveaways, liquidations and donations. Maintains an organized and controlled environment of storage and an element of security of all property stored at the warehouse. Works with outside vendors for proper disposal of e-waste, recyclables and donated items.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ miles, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate, but escalates in the warehouse environments. Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift/carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 60 lbs. on an intermittent basis. Requires sufficient dexterity to use receiving and office equipment.
