What You’ll Do

• Incumbent should be well versed with international ticketing and reissuances .
• Managing and building relationship with the airlines in order to get timely confirmations.
• Handle corporate clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares and visa requests.
• Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer.
• Build excellent business relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors.
• Ensure latest updated policies, procedures, desk Instructions are read & complied..
• Managing TSF and C-sat for the entire team 8. Managing escalations and customer grievances

• This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate With 6-10 Yrs of travel servicing experience e.g.. Flight reservation & ticketing.
• Good PC skills, MS Office applications and lotus notes.
• Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal).
• Good people handling skills
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge Of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage.
• GDS knowledge is mandatory ( Preferably Galileo).
