
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. The hours are from 2PM-10:30PM Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and holidays.

The Transporter Lift Team (TLT) Lead works in collaboration with the Manager/Supervisor of their area and will directly lead the day to day operations of the Centralized Transporters/Lift Team. The TLT Lead will be knowledgeable of all functions performed by the TLTs and functions of Transport Tracking. Responsibilities include: facilitating the daily assignments on Transport Tracking, orientation and education of personnel assigned, tracking of lift equipment and transportation equipment, problem solving service concerns and promoting teamwork. Leads will ensure compliance with Scripps Policies and other regulatory standards. The Lead will be responsible for resolving staffing issues and maintenance of department operations when management is not on site. May be assigned to other duties by the Patient Logistics Management.
