About the job

Drives CEO priorities into actionable execution plans with strong tracking, accountability, and closure across functions.
Leads governance, board communication, and cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders and ensuring disciplined delivery.
Enhances decision-making and operating efficiency through sharp insights, effective communication, structured meetings, and stakeholder alignment.

Main Responsibilities

1. CEO Office – Execution Engine

• Translate CEO priorities into clear execution roadmaps

• Track progress across functions with rigour and accountability

• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and delays—and drive resolution

• Ensure closure, not just coordination

2. Board & Listed Company Governance

• Prepare crisp, insight-led board materials and CEO updates

• Synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives and decisions required

• Track and ensure follow-through on board and leadership commitments

• Maintain the discipline and standards expected in a listed company environment

3. Cross-Functional Project Leadership

• Lead and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects

• Align stakeholders, define timelines, and ensure delivery

• Operate as a central node for execution across teams

4. Executive Communication & Decision Support

• Convert large volumes of information into sharp summaries, insights, and recommendations

• Prepare CEO briefs, talking points, and presentations

• Enable faster, higher-quality decision-making

5. Operating Cadence & Meeting Effectiveness

• Drive a disciplined review and follow-up cadence

• Ensure meetings are outcome-oriented with clear next steps

• Build systems that enhance focus, accountability, and speed

6. Stakeholder Alignment

• Work closely with senior leadership, regional/global teams, and key functions

• Act as a bridge across teams, driving alignment and execution

• Handle sensitive matters with high discretion and maturity

About you:

Experience

• 6–12 years of experience in:

  • Internal leadership roles within FMCG/FMCH organisations

  • Strategy / transformation roles

  • Top-tier consulting backgrounds (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong track record of driving execution across functions

• Exposure to global stakeholders and structured environments is preferred
