Rental Leads (RLs) support the operations of the Rental Center. Rental Leads will work in the Rental Department supporting the Specialty Assistant Manager and Department Supervisor to provide a better associate experience and ensure outstanding service to customers. Rental Leads are responsible for helping customers, safety and compliance in the Rental Center, operational process execution, and department standards, inventory and fleet management. RLs, with the Assistant Manager and Department Supervisor, will assist with associate support, training, and tasking delegation, as directed by the Department Supervisor. These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates to ensure customers’ needs are met. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions, and/or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.
