Lead Toddler Teacher (Ages 12–24 Months)

Location: The Learning Experience – Manassas City, VA
Pay: $17–$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

About the Role


The Learning Experience – Manassas City is hiring a nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This classroom emphasizes early language exposure, movement, and social-emotional growth through hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom with consistent routines and responsive care
• Support developmental milestones through sensory play and guided interaction
• Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
• Partner with assistant teachers to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress
• Follow all Virginia licensing and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Childcare experience required
• Toddler classroom experience preferred
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
