Responsibilities:

Design cold plates mechanically, including tolerance analysis, TIM selection, thermal simulation and optimizationEnsure cold plate reliability and manufacturability (DFM/DFR) by collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partnersDeliver high-efficiency liquid cooling solutions and contribute to system-level thermal design for liquid-cooled servers and switchesCollaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners on cold plate test fixture design, test plans, and test methodologiesPerform system level thermal validation of the liquid cooling loop, including test planning, execution, documentation, and reportingCollaborate cross-functional teams with ME, EE, Reliability, and Platform teams to ensure cold plate compatibility with the overall system architecturePerform root-cause analysis of thermal failures, cooling inefficiencies, and field issues, and drive corrective actions


Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degreein Mechanical, Thermal engineering with 8+ years in thermal design for electronics coolingStrong hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorksExperience with thermal analysis tools such as Flotherm, FloEFD and MarcroflowExperience correlating simulation and experimental resultsStrong technical communication skills in English
