- Serve as a trusted partner with the Clinical Director and clinical team
- Step into clinical decision-making and leadership coverage in the Clinical Director's absence
- Supervise AMFT, APCC, and ASW clinicians working toward licensure
- Support therapists with case conceptualization, treatment planning, family work, and complex clinical decisions
- Help lead treatment team meetings, case consultations, and shift huddles
- Coach and mentor therapists, recovery counselors, care coordinators, and shift supervisors in real time
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and residential staff
- Support admissions, discharges, utilization review, and transitions of care
- Maintain compliance with CCL, Joint Commission, payer, and documentation standards
