In this role, you'll:


• Lead end-to-end testing initiatives, including test assurance, preparation, and execution (UAT and other critical phases), ensuring seamless implementation of requirements aligned to evolving business needs.


• Provide Test Assurance Oversight through rigorous reviews of vendor-owned testing activities and artifacts, while defining fit‑for‑purpose testing strategies, methodologies, and schedules.


• Drive efficient and high‑quality test delivery by developing tailored Test Plans, Test Completion Reports, and insights, leveraging automation, non‑functional testing, standard tools, and effective budget management.

About you


• Extensive experience as a Test Lead with strong software and engineering skills, successfully leading testing initiatives across complex programs and acceptance testing environments.


• Demonstrated expertise in test assurance, testing strategy, tools, and processes, with hands‑on experience across UAT, non‑functional testing, and delivery aligned to industry standards and best practice.


• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with experience working alongside vendors and project engineers; exposure to Construction, Roads, or Motorways projects and hardware/device testing is highly regarded.
