We are now seeking a Lead Test Engineer. As a lead, you will be responsible for Treon Connect quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, engineering teams and customer success team.

Qualifications:
Hands on experience and thorough knowledge of methodologies of software testing and test automation, especially Playwright or Robot Framework. Preferably you have experience with cloud infrastructure and technologies, highly scalable systems and common devops tools.
10+ years of experience in software testing.
Has been leading test activities for large software systems, preferably in a team setup.
M.Sc. in computer science or telecommunications or other other relevant degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
Systematic approach to testing and issue management.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Treon Connect testing in a growing team. Treon Connect consists of cloud based middleware, web apps and mobile apps. Treon Connect interacts with various IoT devices.
Contributes to the end-to-end verification of Treon solutions based on Treon Connect.
Ensures quality in software releases following quality assurance process. Drives continuous development of QA processes.
Works closely with software development team to deliver timely releases.
Leads by example to help test team to improve ways of working.
