We are looking for an experienced
Lead Test Analyst
to
join our team and take ownership of testing delivery across complex,
high-impact projects. In this role, you will lead testing efforts end-to-end,
ensuring that business solutions are thoroughly validated, meet quality
standards, and are delivered seamlessly into production.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead
  the design, coordination, and execution of test plans and test cases for
  complex systems.
• 
  Translate
  business and functional requirements into effective testing strategies.
• 
  Oversee
  test environment setup, data preparation, and test execution.
• 
  Manage
  defect tracking, resolution, and regression testing cycles.
• 
  Ensure
  end-to-end system quality, including functional and performance testing.
• 
  Provide
  leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance guidance to the testing
  team.
• 
  Maintain
  accurate test documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• 
  Deliver
  clear and consistent reporting on test progress, risks, and quality
  metrics.
• 
  Engage
  with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• 
  Lead
  test closure activities, including sign-off, reporting, and lessons
  learned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 
  Degree
  or Diploma in IT or a related field.
• 
  ISTQB
  (CTFL or equivalent) certification.
• 
  Advanced
  testing certification (e.g., ISTQB CTAL).
• 
  6+
  years’ experience in a Lead Test Analyst role.
• 
  Strong
  experience in manual testing and SQL.
• 
  Proven
  experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 
  Deep
  understanding of:
• 
  Functional,
  integration, system, and regression testing
• 
  Structured
  testing methodologies and processes
• 
  Experience
  testing complex user interfaces.

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience
  with API testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, Robot
  Framework).
• 
  Exposure
  to defect management tools (e.g., Remedy or similar).
• 
  Retail
  industry experience.
• 
  Knowledge
  of performance and user acceptance testing.
