What You'll Do

The Lead Tent Installer leads employees from across the Tent Department to help accomplish department goals. The position is located primarily at the Company’s headquarters in Woburn, MA The ability to travel to various jobsites all throughout New England is required.

The Day-to-Day

• Performs successful tent installations on site
• Leads and provides an example for other tent installers
• Completes paperwork relating to job sites.
• Practices and enforces all safey procedures.
• Communicates any onsite obstacles or issues to management
• Inspect all materials and report any damages
• Provides strategies and ideas for successful project completion

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Must pass a drug test if operating any vehicle.
• Must have pervious Tent installation experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills a must.
• Ability to multitask is a must.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours. (Early mornings, nights, long days)
• Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday
• Must be professional in appearance and behavior, with minimal visible body alterations
• Must be able to motivate crew members and encourage teamwork.
• Construction background a plus but not required.

• $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience
